Hutchison School, a PK2-12 school for girls, seeks a full-time upper school mathematics teacher for the 2021-2022 school year. Upper school teachers typically instruct five sections of approximately 17 students each. Candidates should be conversant with current practices in mathematic education and culturally responsive teaching. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching advanced upper school mathematics in an independent school setting and will be comfortable teaching girls in a student-centered environment. A Master’s degree in mathematics is required. Candidates should be passionate about both the field of mathematics and the equitable development of adolescent girls.
